Often times, playing arm-chair designer isn't really fruitful. In old days, when medicine was lacking they thought all kinds of faults with human body only to find out it's useful one way or another. The human body has done amazingly over the years while subjected to many generations of copying and able to survive so long. It's just pure amazing. By all means, if you can design something better or even make the current design better, have at it! You will be a super rich individual.

Well you might not have an actual real world example, fair enough, but can you at least explain to me how they are being oppressed and how, if they really are oppressed, does this entitle them to oppress others? That's two points 1. how are they oppressed and 2. if they are why should they, in turn, have the right to oppress others?
